***ALERT***-- The Westmoreland County air show is this weekend in Latobe so traffic will be heavier and there could be some detours. Plan your travel to the course accordingly to allow for enough time to arrive in time.

*NOTE--Listed times are approximate AND based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us. THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE WE CAN START EARLY.
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions unless it is an emergency. Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc.. We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold or rainy weather is not unusual).

Reminder: This is a private club and everyone is expected to act accordingly with our dress code and PGT code of conduct.
The driving range WILL NOT be open. Locker room is available for use.
There will be a beverage cart on the course, the halfway house and pool snack shack will be open. Cash accepted.
The club dining room will also be available to us. Credit Card payment only for inside.

To determine your course handicap for whatever tees you will be playing, use the following formula...
Index, times (slope divided by 113), plus (rating minus par) = 100% course handicap which is rounded to whole number.
so, if your GHIN index is 12.4 and you are playing the regular black PGT tee as listed above...
12.4 x 137/113 + 71.6 - 72 = 14.63 or 15 strokes
